2. Orders and Pre-order Regulations
Since most products in the Store are "Limited Edition" or "Pre-order Items," please adhere to the following rules to protect the rights of all fans:
Order Establishment: After you place an order and complete payment, the Store will confirm inventory. We reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund in the event of stock shortages, inventory anomalies, or force majeure preventing shipment.
Pre-orders & Limited Items:
The "Estimated Shipping Date" for pre-order items is for reference only. Actual shipping times depend on production schedules and logistics.
If a "Purchase Limit per Order" applies, the system will automatically monitor quantities. The Store reserves the right to cancel abnormal orders without prior notice if malicious order-splitting or violations of purchase limits are detected.
Cancellation Policy: Once a pre-order is closed and production begins, we do not accept cancellations or style changes due to personal reasons (e.g., "waiting too long," "change of mind"), except in cases of product defects.
3. Unclaimed and Returned Packages (IMPORTANT)
To avoid resource waste and disputes, please pay attention to delivery notifications.
Notification: Automated emails are sent upon shipment, and SMS notifications are sent when the package arrives at the pickup store. Please ensure your contact details (Phone/Email) are correct.
Handling of Returned Packages:
If a package is returned due to "incorrect address," "refusal to accept," or "overdue non-collection," the buyer is responsible for the re-shipping fee.
The Store will retain the returned package for 30 days from the date of return.
If the buyer fails to respond or pay the re-shipping fee within 30 days after notification, it will be deemed that the buyer has abandoned ownership of the item. The Store reserves the right to terminate the contract and dispose of, destroy, or resell the item. The original payment will be refunded after deducting the "Original Shipping Fee" and a "10% Administrative Handling Fee" of the total order amount.
Malicious Non-Collection: If you select "Cash on Delivery" and fail to collect the package
[2]times without valid cause, your account will be permanently suspended, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action.
4. Return and Exchange Policy
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a 7-day Appreciation Period ( this is NOT a trial period ) starting from the day after you receive the goods.
Return Conditions: Returned items must be in new condition with complete packaging (including the product, accessories, gifts, and original packaging).
Exceptions (Non-returnable items):
Personal Hygiene Products: Due to hygiene concerns, items such as Masks, Socks, Towels, and Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging is opened, except for defects.
Blind Boxes / Random Items: Once opened, these cannot be restored to their original state and are non-returnable unless there is a major defect.
Defective Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please take a photo and contact us at
twodeerman.store@gmail.comwithin 7 days. We will handle the exchange process, and the Store will cover the shipping costs.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this Store, including but not limited to character images (Deer Man, Loach, etc.), illustrations, text, photos, videos, and logos, are the intellectual property of the Store or their respective owners.
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without written consent from the Store. Legal action will be taken against violators.
